Relating to the Protection of Public Health and Prevention and Restraining of Venereal Diseases; to Provide for the Creation in the State Board of Health of a Department Relating to Venereal Diseases, and to Provide and Define the Powers and Duties of Such Department, and Prohibiting the Sale of Remedies or Preparations for the Relief, or Cure, of Venereal Diseases, Except by Licensed Physician or Licensed Pharmacist, and to Provide for the Appropriation of Necessary Funds for Conducting Said Department; and Providing Penalties.
