For an Act to Provide for the Creation of an Improvement District to be Called "the Moffat Tunnel Improvement District," for the Construction of a Tunnel through the Continental Divide between Grand County and Gilpin County, Said Tunnel to be Used for Transportation and Other Purposes; to Provide for Officers of Said District, Defining their Powers, Duties and Compensation; to Provide for the Levying and Collecting of Assessments Upon Real Estate within Said District, and for the Issuance of Bonds for the Payment of the Cost of Construction of Such Tunnel.
